Once you are registered, all you need to do is decide which level of report is most suited to your requirements and buy it. As soon as payment has been made, an invoice and a printable copy of the current questionnaire will be e-mailed to you.
You can start answering the questions online immediately or wait till later. You don't need to answer all the questions in one go but can come to it at any time. When you have completed all the sections, you just click to generate a report (which will take only a few seconds), then you can view the report online or print it.
And don't worry, if having received your report you wish to upgrade this to a more comprehensive version then you can do it easily. The extra cost is just the difference between the prices of the two versions.
Your questionnaires and reports are stored securely for you to view at any time in the 'my questionnaires' and 'my reports' areas. Here you can return to look at all the questionnaires and reports you have generated over time. This will enable you to compare where you were previously to where you are now.
